Dr. Olga Rafaelian, M.D. is a Board Certified Adult and Forensic Psychiatrist who is passionate about providing individualized, comprehensive, compassionate and high quality healthcare.

Dr. Rafaelian obtained her Doctorate in Medicine at the University of California, San Francisco and completed her Adult Psychiatry Residency at the Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore. She then went on to complete a Fellowship in Forensic Psychiatry at the University of Maryland.
With 7 years of experience treating individuals suffering from a wide range of mental health issues in a variety clinical settings ranging from hospitals to community mental health clinics to private practice, Dr. Rafaelian brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise.
Dr. Rafaelian provides psychiatric evaluations, medication management, psychotherapy, and is an experienced telepsychiatry provider. She is fluent in Russian and understands some Spanish.
At this time, Dr. Rafaelian is conducting clinical appointments by video appointments only. She is available for forensic consultations in person. She is licensed and can see patients located in the following states: Florida, Maryland, California, Washington, Hawaii, Michigan, Illinois, Georgia, Utah, Montana, and Maine.
